Downtown Rifle The third annual Rifle Farmer's Market on East Second Street, 4-8 p.m. through Sept. 28. Along with live music, around 12 vendors feature everything from fruits and vegetables to locally-made wine, jewelry, massage and crafts. New this year is a tent with ice shavings from Icy Treats and craft projects for the kids by the city's parks and recreation district.
