400 people hooked on ice fishing
It wasn't the first time 11-year-old James Hammond of Rifle has won in the annual Rifle Gap Ice Fishing Tournament and this year he took first place in the 11-17 year Youth Division for Brown Trout with his 167⁄8-inch fish.
